I gladly accept exchanges

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Items made to order
  • Fabric by the meter
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value


  • Please note that we cannot accept any returned items where any labels have been removed at any time, or where the items have been used, damaged or soiled in any way.


  • We recommend that you return it in appropriate packaging and use “signed for” delivery method and obtain proof of postage.


  • We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay as soon as we receive the goods in accordance with the criteria  set out above.    



  • Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.


The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. 


The following items are non returnable / exempt from cancellation:


  • Fabric samples.


  • Fabric by the meter - Fabric samples are available to purchase for approval  before proceeding with your order of fabric.


  • Sale items


  • Items made to order.



What if I have paid for something that is not in stock?


If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
